Scout Local DMC was the selected partner in Taste of Avalon to produce the look for a 30’ estate table. Excitedly we took to the project with a creative approach. After speaking with the chef we learned she was serving fish for the main course. We decided to use the meal as the basis of our masterpiece. The table cloth was a gorgeous brown with shimmering cream. The centerpiece was the focal point. We used lemon and limes in various size and shape cylinders. The tall vases were connected by a continuous 40 foot thread of twisting lemon tree, vines and eucalyptus branches, A conscious, visual pairing of the table setting with the food provided a well rounded event experience.
