Recently our team had three hours to flip a ballroom from a meeting set for 800 attendees to an experiential awards dinner. How? A team of seasoned Scout Local DMC professionals designed a detailed load-in plan and executed to perfection. Plus a great hotel relationship with the team at Hyatt Regency Atlanta made it possible.
The task was simple. An international social media management systems company out of California counted on Scout Local DMC to create a space in a ballroom here in Atlanta as unique and creative as their employees. They had big expectations for a colorful and custom event. So we came up with a plan to transform their general session to a sensational awards dinner; the hitch was we had 3 hours to make it happen.
